New subscribers to Pro or Elite tiers can request a full refund within 7 days of their initial subscription.

- Upgrade takes effect immediately

Downgrading (e.g., Elite → Pro)
- Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refund is provided for the difference in price
- You retain Elite features until the period ends
9. Failed Payments
- If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days
- You will receive email notifications of failed payments
- If payment fails after retries, your subscription will be cancelled
- You can resubscribe at any time by updating your payment method
10. Price Changes
- We reserve the right to change subscription prices
- Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance
- New prices apply to renewals after the notice period
- You can cancel before the new price takes effect
11. Disputes and Chargebacks
Important: Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
- Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension
